Introduction:

• This sphere is intended to verify the degree of protection of enclosures against ingress of solid foreign objects having a diameter of 50.8 mm or greater.

• Diameter: about 38-63mm

• Handle: with or without handle

• In accordance with VDE 0700-69 resp. EN 60335-2-69

• Object probe for the ascertainment of protection of persons and for checking the mechanical resistance of the material. With the help of the test sphere the protection of the equipment against intrusive solid particles can be tested. Furthermore the protection of the back of the hand can be rated.

Note: There are actually two types of test sphere; the impact sphere with or without an eyelet .Kindly choose the right sphere type.
