Application :

Test temperature rise lamp holders meeting the requirements of QB/T2512 standard, nickel: 99% (minimum), thickness 0.5mm; E14/E26/E27/E39/E17/E40 and other models. It is used for auxiliary test of temperature rise of lamps in windshield.

 

Ingredients: Japan imported pure nickel with a purity of 99.6% or more; Structure and characteristics: The grain of the material should be fine and regular structure, and the grain size: the minimum value is ASTM8 (maximum not exceeding 0.019 mm).

 

Quality and roughness: The composition and characteristics of the materials should be consistent. Roll the nickel sheet into a smooth cylinder with a smooth surface. The sleeve should be cut longitudinally and should not have bends, waviness, indentations, inclusions, grease and other imperfections.

 

Use method:

It is suitable for detecting whether the tungsten filament lamp and the gas discharge lamp meet the temperature rise limit value. The temperature rise limit for a particular lamp type is listed in GB 14196. This standard relates to the test method and technical requirements of the test socket of the lamp. This type of lamp is equipped with different types of screw caps and bayonet caps. This method has been widely used to test incandescent lamps, but its use is not limited to incandescent lamps.
