High and low temperature and low pressure test chambers are mainly used in aviation, aerospace, electronics, national defense, scientific research and other industrial sectors to determine the storage of electrical and electronic products (including components, materials and instrumentation) under high or low temperature and low pressure single or simultaneous operation. The transportation reliability test can be carried out to test the electrical performance parameters of the test piece at the same time.
Features:
1. The high-low temperature and low-pressure test chamber is processed by CNC machine tool, which has beautiful appearance and simple reaction. It has simple reaction handle and easy operation.
2. The inner bladder of the box adopts imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) mirror panel, and the outer shell of the box is sprayed with A3 steel plate, which increases the appearance texture and cleanliness.
3. Temperature control instrument adopts imported touch screen, programmable microcomputer PID control SSR output operation, all imported large LCD color touch screen screen, controller operation interface is available in Chinese and English, real-time running curve can be displayed by screen; with 120 groups of programs Each group of 99 segments, each segment can cycle 999 steps of capacity, each period set the maximum value of 99 hours and 59 minutes;
4. The chiller adopts the French original "Taikang" fully enclosed compressor.
5. Multi-wing blower is used to strongly supply air circulation, avoiding any dead angle and making the temperature distribution in the test area uniform. The wind path is designed to return to the wind and return to the wind. The wind pressure and wind speed are in compliance with the test standards, and the temperature can be stabilized at the instant of opening the door.
