Uses: 

It is used to test the tension and torque at the terminal for power supply lines such as appliances with power cords and appliances that are intended to be permanently connected to fixed wiring with flexible cords, medical equipment, lamps, etc. Check that the clamping device is secure.

Structure and function: 

The device adopts Z-shaped structure, which can be used to test the firmness of clamping terminals of large household appliances such as refrigerators and washing machines. The test method is to mark a wire sample 20 mm from the fixture position, then apply a tension 25 times at a rate of 1 time/second, and then apply a torque close to the appliance position for 1 minute. After the test, the wire mark position displacement does not exceed 2 mm.
