Application:

This ipx56 test equipment is main to test the physical and other related properties of the products in the environment of simulated rain, such as electronic and electrical products, lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles and their parts and components. After the test, through the test result to determine whether the performance of products meet the requirements in order to facilitate product design, improvement, testing and factory inspection.

Features:

There are two types of spray guns, one is a hose with a nozzle diameter of 6.3 mm; the other is a hose with a nozzle diameter of 12.5 mm. Made of SUS304 stainless steel, it is both corrosion resistant and beautiful. The spray angle of the spray gun can be swung up and down, so that the equipment can increase the accuracy when testing the waterproof test. Of course, the up and down swing amplitude and duration of the spray gun can be controlled by the operation panel.

Notice when you do ipx56 waterproof test:

1 Before using the equipment, please check the water volume of the water tank to check whether the water volume is enough for testing.

2 When testing, the test data such as the level, duration and turntable of the equipment test should be set.

3 After the test is over, the test condition of the sample should be checked to see if there are any fault factors such as water ingress or short circuit.
